Three days. Completely unused.
Digital findings are delivered immediately, so refund eligibility depends on whether a reading or credit pack has been used.

Single readings
Completed and delivered readings are final. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or a paid reading that was not delivered.
Credit packs
A credit pack may be refunded only when the request is received within three calendar days of purchase and the entire pack remains unused. Once any credit from a pack has been used, the full pack becomes non-refundable. For example, a 50-credit pack with 47 credits remaining is not eligible for a refund.
How to request review
Email support.ciphergenesis@gmail.com within the applicable period. Include the checkout email, purchase date, amount, and a brief explanation. Do not email complete card numbers or banking credentials.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank processing times vary. Fraudulent, abusive, or materially false refund requests may be denied.
