Information you enter

Names, dates, places, relationships, events, and other personal anchors entered into an inquiry are processed in your browser to create the entertainment reading. They are not submitted to our server or stored in our customer database.

Avoid entering highly sensitive information, account credentials, financial details, medical records, or information about another person that you do not have permission to use.

Browser storage

The site uses browser storage to remember generated findings, purchased credit balances, and a random browser reference used to associate a completed Stripe purchase with the browser that began it. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, or changing devices may remove access to locally stored credits or findings.

Payments and email

Payments are processed by Stripe. Cipher Genesis does not receive or store your complete card number. If you provide an email address at checkout, it is sent to Stripe for checkout and receipt purposes and may be remembered temporarily in your browser for finding delivery preferences.

Operational records

We retain limited purchase records needed to confirm payments, grant credits, prevent duplicate fulfillment, respond to support requests, and address refunds or disputes. Hosting and payment providers may also process technical data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and security logs under their own policies.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, checkout starts, and completed purchases, evaluate advertising performance, and help Meta deliver ads more effectively. Meta may receive technical information such as your browser, device, IP address, page URL, event time, and purchase amount under its own privacy terms.

Inquiry answers are processed in your browser and are not intentionally sent to Meta. We do not send names, birth dates, places, relationships, narrative answers, email addresses, or religious or spiritual interests through Pixel events. You can limit this measurement through your browser settings, tracking protection, or Meta advertising preferences.
