Include the email used at checkout, the purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Never send a complete card number, password, bank login, or government identifier.

Response expectations

Support requests are reviewed as soon as practical. Payment and refund requests may require confirmation through Stripe before action can be taken.

What support cannot provide

Cipher Genesis cannot authenticate a reading as prophecy, provide spiritual direction, or offer medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.
